Description
Clinical Bodywork
Clinical Bodywork at KURE BioClinic is a targeted, results-driven session designed to reduce pain, improve alignment, and restore natural movement patterns. This hands-on approach focuses on the deeper stabilizing muscles of the spine, hips, and core—areas often responsible for chronic tension, nerve pressure, and restricted mobility.
Each session begins with a brief assessment to identify biomechanical imbalances, followed by precise manual techniques to release myofascial tension, improve joint positioning, and restore proper muscle function. Special attention is given to the multifidi, spinal muscles, hips, and psoas, helping relieve pressure on spinal nerves and improve overall posture and range of motion.
Clinical Bodywork can help with:
-
Back, neck, and hip pain
-
Sciatica and nerve-related discomfort
-
Postural imbalances
-
Muscle tightness and restricted mobility
-
Chronic tension and movement dysfunction
The goal is not just temporary relief, but long-term structural correction and improved function so your body can move, heal, and perform at its best.
